About Me !

Take the positive path.

Choosing the positive path can be easy at some times in our life and more difficult at other times. When everything is going along well, when we are on a roll, choosing the positive path just flows through us as an easy, natural choice. When something negative comes along it can be far more challenging for us to choose the positive path. But choose it we must! No matter how challenging the negativity may be, there is simply no other way to bring our lives back into positivity.

If negative situations appear, you must use your will and refuse to lower yourself to negative thoughts, words, actions, and emotions. Use your will and decide that not only will you focus on the positive, but you will ramp up the positive in every thought, word, and action of your day.

It takes determination, strength, faith, and the power of your will to focus on the positive when intense negativity descends, but remember that the Universe and the law of attraction are with you. As you focus on the positive, focus more on the positive, think of the positive, speak of the positive, and take positive and good actions, the law of attraction will give your life wings. Suddenly you will look around you and you will find that the negativity has gone, and that your life has been filled with goodness and joy.

A Secret Scrolls message from Rhonda Byrne
Creator of The Secret

"Life is a gift and a blessing. Don’t let people change you. No matter what happens be wiser the next time. But, don’t let it change you. There may be people in your life that have hurt you, but don’t make the next person who has the best intentions come along and you run them away because you think they’re going to do what the last person did to you. Don’t be afraid. In life you can’t live in fear of what people will say or do. If you lose love or a friend, then maybe you never had it."
Tyler Perry.
Hi my friends,

How are you doing?

On my side, I feel good.

This week, I attended some networking events, and I am working on my biography section.

Also, I came across an interesting show for Entrepreneurs I wanted to share with you.

Show description:
Entrepreneur & former Marketing Director for Kraft Greg Wozniak discusses important steps during the initial time of starting your own business. Greg discusses ideas such as correctly identifying your audience, delivering on your promise, leveraging word of mouth marketing and reinvesting in your business. His crucial advice is beneficial for entrepreneurs at every level.

Have a great day.

Jean-Marc.

Hi my Friends,

Hope you are all well, and you had a great week-end.

What did you do last week-end?

On my side, I feel very good after this great week-end in Laguna Beach. I had some quality time at the beach and in my room, where I was enjoying my private spa & jacuzzi. It was a profound and enlightening moment with myself, my thoughts, my  reflection on my past and future. I'm now ready to move on my next challenge which is the launching of my business. This week, I'm attending some networking events and working with my consultant on the development of my business model. Tonight, I'm going to a reception to better connect with the French Chamber of Commerce Los Angeles, l'Alliance Française de Los Angeles and the New Consul General of France in Los Angeles,  David Martinon and the French community here in Los Angeles.

Before I get ready for this reception, I wanted to share some pictures of my trip with you.

I wish you a wonderful week, and I hope to hear from you back.

Hi my Friends,

Hope everything is well with you.

I just saw The Family That Preys, which is a great and enlightening movie. It's probably one of the best movie of my mentor, Tyler Perry.
I hardly encourage everybody to see it.  It's full of messages, blessings, believes and hope, which I'm sure will resonate with you in this time of changes.

I'm now taking off to Laguna Beach.

Have a great week-end.

Ms. Cathy A. Sandeen

Dean

UCLA Extension

10995 Le Conte Avenue

Los Angeles, CA 90024-2883

Dear Dean Sandeen,

Tonight I will be completing my UCLA Extension Certificate in General Business Studies – concentration Entrepreneurship. I am an international student from France. The last two years has had such an impact on my life and future direction that I want to share with you my experience so other potential international students can know of UCLA Extension’s commitment to the personal success of each of its students; all of my instructors where absolutely outstanding as they brought current market information, knowledge, and experience to the classroom. I now look up to all of my instructors as mentors to model as examples of excellence.

When I left my corporate job in France in July 2006, I was interested in starting my own business in the USA. In order to achieve this goal I knew I would need to improve my English as well as familiarize myself with the American business environment. I decided to invest two years of my life at UCLA Extension knowing that this prestigious institution would prepare me for that goal.

With the contribution of this comprehensive curriculum in Entrepreneurship, and the recommendations of my instructors, who provided me both business knowledge and methods for understanding the greater context of a problem, I did reach that goal and even exceed it.

Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela once said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." He was right because this experience at UCLA Extension helped me not only grow professionally and personally but also better understand what could be my contribution to the world.

I'm now working with one of your instructors, Mr. Harry Redinger, on the development of a business model to launch soon my own business in the USA. The combined effect of all of my instructors has touched the direction of my life for the rest of my life. This to me is the highest recommendation that a student can give to an academic institution!

Sincerely,

Jean-Marc DEDEYNE

Coucou everyone,

Hope you are doing well, and you all had a wonderful week-end.

On my side, I feel good and very excited about completing my studies. In 3 days, I will be done with my program. Waouuuuu... Before I put all my focus on the development of my business model, I will take some days off to recharge my batteries. You know  what, I'm considering throwing a nice party at my place, attending the 7th Annual Cultural Street Festival in Little Ethiopia and spending some days around Laguna Beach & Newport Beach. I can't wait to do that ...

I won't be long since I still have to complete my preparation for the accounting final exam.

Before I take off, I wanted to share an enlightening and positive
creed
with you. It came from The Secret.

I promise myself

To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best
and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of
others as I am about my own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile
to every living creature I meet.
To give so much time to improving myself that I
have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear,
and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world,
not in loud words, but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side,
so long as I am true to the best that is in me.

Have a Wonderful and Phenomenal week.

Jean-Marc.
Academy Award®-winner Kathy Bates and Academy Award®-nominee Alfre Woodard star as the matriarchs of two very different families being torn apart by greed and scandal in the contemporary drama "Tyler Perry's The Family That Prays." The sixth feature film by Perry chronicles the inner workings of two familiesone upper-crust and the other working classthat become inextricably linked by scandal.

Wealthy socialite Charlotte Cartwright (Kathy Bates) and her dear friend Alice Pratt (Alfre Woodard), a working class woman of high ideals, have enjoyed a lasting friendship throughout many years. Suddenly, their lives become mired in turmoil as their adult children's extramarital affairs, unethical business practices and a dark paternity secret threaten to derail family fortunes and unravel the lives of all involved. Alice's self-centered newlywed daughter Andrea (Sanaa Lathan) is betraying her trusting husband Chris (Rockmond Dunbar) by engaging in a torrid affair with her boss and mothers best friends son William (Cole Hauser). While cheating on his wife Jillian (Kadee Strickland) with a string of ongoing dalliances with his mistress Andrea, William's true focus is to replace the COO of his mothers lucrative construction corporation. Meanwhile, Alice's other daughter Pam (Taraji Henson), a kind but no nonsense woman married to a hard working construction worker (Tyler Perry), tries to steer the family in a more positive direction.

While paternity secrets, marital infidelity, greed and unsavory business dealings threaten to derail both families, Charlotte and Alice decide to take a breather from it all by making a cross-country road trip in which they rediscover themselves and possibly find a way to save their families from ruin in "Tyler Perry's The Family That Prays."

"Follow your heart. But watch your back."

"In every family, there is good. And there is bad...."

"Every truth begins with a lie. Every dream has a dark side. Every choice has a consequence...."

"There are the ties that bind. There are the mistakes we make. And there are secrets that might destroy us...."

Hi my Friends,

Hope you had a wonderful week.

On my side, I had to deal with some issues, but everything is fine, and I'm more and more determined to fulfil my dream.

As my mentor, Tyler Perry, said, "
Don't worry if you're met with opposition on your path to your goals. When you've done all you can, stand and surrender.  God will allow your dream to motivate you. Protect your dreams, get away from negative thinking dark seekers. Keep your mind and spirit clean of the naysayers. Just believe. Only believe and it will come to pass."

Before I take off for my morning ride at the beach, I wanted to share a great video with you.

On Thursday night, August 28th, Barack Obama accepted the Democratic nomination for President of the United States.

More than 80,000 people joined him in Denver to be part of the moment, and tens of millions more shared the experience across the United States.

Watch Barack's historic speech and share it with your friends and family.

Trust me, his speech was brilliant, powerful, enlightening and full of emotions.

Have a great week-end.

Jean-Marc.
